nope. Tajā valstī nav nekādi likumi, kas aizliedz ar tādām lietām nodarboties. Tāpēc arī lielākā daļa normālo torrentu serveru atrodas šāda veida valstīs. Latvieši jau arī palēnām citur stutē serverus, tiesa pašlaik laikam tikai kādi divi ir ārzemēs
