Ievedot auto no DE>LV 5 dienu laikā jāreģistrē?

Hello BMW lovers from LV. I am Donatas from Lt and
I am BMW fan from childhood. I have a question and i hope some of you might help me.
I have my 2000 BMW 328i in 56k mileage rebuilt from RHD to LHD 4 years ago and i can't register it since then because of the law has been changed the same summer i made this project and i didn't knew that i was trying to find the way how to get LT numberplates and there was no way out. then i gave up, stand this car into garage and started on my another E36 trackday car project. now I feel i need to register this E46 or sell it (i don't want to) because it just use space in my garage.
So since the end of last year there is a possibility to register rebuilt car from RHD if this car was registered and passed technical inspection in another EU country. there is a hope for me.
I want to ask you if anybody knows the procedure of how to do that in LV? if there is a possibility at all. do i need to sell my BMW to LV citizen and then re-buy it? can i just get transit numberplates and make everything on my name? hope some of you knows some info. i bought that car when i was in UK, it has V5 documents that are registered on my name so i am owner of this E46.
https://ibb.co/cyPXuz <-- here is the picture attached of this car. i spent time on this car haven't had possibility to drive it.
Thank you for your time reading it and possibly giving the answer.

G'day Donatas! I assume you have rebuilt it from RHD to LHD and cannot register that in Lithuania? I have not heard about this Latvian legislation you refer to, neither do I care, due to the fact I find these alterations just a waste of time. I assume best option for you to do, is get the beemer pressed into tin cans.
On the other hand, feel free to try CSDD hotline: + 371 670 257 77

Man vairāk šķita dīvaini tas, kādēļ nevar LT piereģistrēt? Tik sūdīgi, ka LV to pārbaudi varēs iziet?
Jā, leišos jau >gada nevar angļus pārbūvētos reģistrēt.
Nu tur kkas kautko nesadalīja acīmredzot un izbīdīja, ka nedrīkst, vispār tur imports/exports plauka uz nebēdu no UK.
Nebrīnīšos, ja arī LV kkad aizliegs reģistrēt pārliktajām stūrēm...
Leišos tagad var piereģistrēt pārbūvētus. Tā man zinošs džeks teica.

A ja tas auto pazūd nenoteiktā laikā ar 15min piemēram intervālu, kamēr jūs tur logojaties, naudu skaitat, ko apdrošinātājiem teiksiet? Tādi bija konkrēti jautājumi... Vēl sūdīgāk, kad esi uzlicis atzīmi uz jauno saumnieku, viņam 30 dienu laikā jāppārraksta, a viņš to 30 dienu laikā saķer tantiņas uz pārrejas un aizlaižas un pēc tam tik pārraksta, ja vispār pārraksta...
